What plans are there?

ANON::form offers three subscription plans for secure web forms. The LITE plan is a cost effective way to get started with up to four standard encrypted forms that you can customize and embed in your website. The BASIC plan includes more form capacity, more customization options, and flexible data routing choices. For fully tailored needs you can choose the Enterprise plan with bespoke configurations.

What payment options are supported?

Payments for the LITE plan are processed through Stripe and support common methods such as credit and debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets and SEPA direct debit depending on your country. For the BASIC plan you can pay using a Stripe subscription, PDF invoice, or e invoice.

How do I create a subscription?

To create a subscription you choose the plan you want and start the order process. For LITE you pay the annual fee in advance via Stripe. After payment is successful your account is created and you receive an email with login details for the control panel. For BASIC you submit the order form and follow the instructions to complete payment and account activation.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that the email address you provide when ordering LITE is correct and working. All communication will take place via this address.

I didn’t receive an email with LITE login details?

The email will be sent to the email address you provided when you purchased the subscription. If you have not received the message within 1 hour, please check your spam folder first. If it is not found there, please contact our support by sending an email to support@anonform.com. IMPORTANT! You must then use the same email address you used when you purchased the subscription as the sender as a validation of your identity (mandatory).

Can I change subscription?

You cannot directly switch between plans in the online system because the packages are structured differently. You can contact support for help moving between plans, and unused subscription time may be credited when changing plans.

How do I Manage my LITE subscription?

The email you received when you created your subscription contains a link to Stripe’s customer portal and information on how to log in there. In the customer portal, you can change your information and cancel your subscription if you wish. Please note that we do not refund subscription fees that have already been paid. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

Can I have more than one LITE subscription?

Yes, you can have more than one LITE subscription if you need separate setups. If you require many different forms, the BASIC plan may be more cost effective.

Can I have different email addresses in LITE and the customer portal?

Absolutely. The LITE control panel (and form system), and Stripe’s subscription management are two completely separate services. This means that you can change the email address for each service after you have purchased the subscription.

Please also note that you must use either of these email addresses as the sender if you contact us for any matter to ensure your identity when contacting us. If you use different email addresses, you may use the Stripe email address for financial matters and the email address for the forms for technical matters. We use Proton mail, please prioritize encrypted email when contacting us.

How do I manage my Forms?

The control panel is available only for the LITE plan. From the control panel you can manage form settings, visual appearance, and upload your public encryption keys, and you can access Stripe to view invoices and manage renewal. For the BASIC plan, subscription and administrative changes are handled through direct contact with ANON::form support according to the plan terms.

Which email clients are supported?

Secure delivery requires an email account that supports PGP end to end encryption. Proton Mail is the recommended option because it meets all encryption and privacy requirements and is easy to use. Other supported providers include Mailbox.org, Posteo, StartMail, CounterMail, and Kolab Now. Mozilla Thunderbird is supported as an email client with built in OpenPGP support. Tools like GnuPG or Mailvelope can also be used but require more technical setup.

How do I use a custom domain?

For forms you can use ANON::form shared subdomains or, with higher tier plans, your own custom domain. For email, Proton Mail and other secure providers support custom domains on paid plans so form messages can be delivered to addresses at your own domain. You must configure DNS records such as MX and related security settings and upload your OpenPGP public key to ensure encrypted delivery.

Can I edit the forms?

It depends on the subscription type.

In the LITE subscription it is not possible to add or remove fields or change headings or other text. The ready-made forms included in the subscription can be styled by your own logo, page background color, page text color, field border color, button text color and button background color in the LITE control panel.

In the BASIC subscription, however, you have, with a few exceptions, full control over the appearance and function of all your forms.

For security reasons, however, we have chosen not to use an online form editor. This means that all forms are edited by hand. We offer a number of ready-made templates for the most common needs to start from, which saves time and effort.

We are happy to help (for an hourly fee), or you code and we review (at no extra cost) that everything is correct before we upload the form to the server.

Our form service has a primary focus on maximum security and anonymity, which limits other things.

This also means that the forms we handle, in comparison to other form services, are static with few updates.
