What is the ANON::form secure web e-forms subscription?

What subscription packages are available for secure web forms?

Packages include E2EE Form LITE at €5/month or €60/year with up to four standard responsive forms; E2EE Form BASIC at €39/month or €468/year plus a startup fee with up to twelve forms and up to 20 custom forms; and an Enterprise option tailored to specific organizational needs.

Which types of forms can be created with the subscription?

Standard forms include contact, small or large whistleblower, news tip, and sick leave report forms, available as standalone or embedded versions, with optional attachment support.

Can secure web forms be embedded in our CMS?

Yes. Secure web forms can be embedded in content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Wix, and Sitevision using plugins or JavaScript integration.

What security and compliance features are included?

Forms are encrypted in the user’s browser with E2EE, use TLS for transport, include Captcha or hCaptcha spam protection, and are hosted in ISO/IEC 27001 certified data centers; they comply with GDPR and relevant security standards.

How many recipients and languages are supported?

LITE includes one form data receiver and up to five optional languages; BASIC supports one or more receivers including JSON export and extensive language libraries with the option to add custom languages.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Subscriptions are purchased via Stripe or invoicing depending on the package. LITE can be cancelled via the Stripe control panel; BASIC must be cancelled at least 30 days before the next billing period by emailing support from the subscription contact email.

Can we scale or change the subscription later?

Direct package changes are not supported, but support can assist in adapting forms between packages and applying credits for remaining subscription time when upgrading.
