What languages are supported?

Today the following 42 languages are supported as listed below. New languages can be added upon request. Custom language libraries can be used in some packages that either change some text or add a language not included in the default set.

What payment methods can I use?

See “Payment” for each package. Stripe supports all the usual payment methods such as cards, SEPA direct debit, mobile wallets, bank transfers etc. depending on the country and payment terminal.

Can I change packages?

No, it is unfortunately not possible directly as the different packages are structured and priced very differently. However, we can help with adapting forms according to a LITE subscription in case of a change to BASIC and can then also credit the BASIC subscription corresponding to the remaining time of the LITE subscription.

How do I cancel a subscription?

The LITE subscription can only be canceled via the control panel for the subscription and your customer details at Stripe. Contact our support if you have lost the link to Stripe’s control panel.

The BASIC subscription must be canceled no later than 30 days before the next billing period by notifying our support of the cancellation via an e-mail from the person who is the contact person for the subscription.

Can I have more than one LITE subscription?

You can if you have such a need. However, it may be more cost-effective to buy the BASIC subscription instead if you need many different forms.
