# Test form to check your installation

ANON::form offers a special test url, “https://test.anonform.com” (CSP child-src must contain https://*.anonform.com), where the configuration can be tested with different forms and languages. The forms in this test mode are fully functional but do not submit anything.

- /Fc (stand alone contact form, default)
- /Fce (embedded contact form, default)
- /Fcw (small anonymous stand alone whistleblower form)
- /Fcwe (small anonymous embedded whistleblower form)
- /Fcwx (large stand alone whistleblower form)
- /Fcwxe (large embedded whistleblower form)
- /Fct (stand alone tip form)
- /Fcte (embedded tip form)
- /Fsl (stand alone sick leave form)
- /Fsle (embedded sick leave form)

Hint! If you want to disable the attachment feature in the form, add "na" to the end of the form name. Example: standalone contact form "/Fc" without attachment is entered as "/Fcna"

**Important! For security reasons, only forms created for embedding in Iframes can be loaded. That is, stand-alone forms cannot be used in Iframes. This also applies to our plugins for embedding.**
